Nobody's able to help without knowing which version of the game & OS you're using.

Steam client on Win11? Standalone client on Win10? Xbox?

If theyre telling you to post here, theyre telling to to F off and bug someone else. GGG dont read these forums and dont care. I've seen Darth Microtransaction a few times mention bugs to the devs in his interviews and they say "Oh, I didnt know that was a problem. I'll have to have a look at it later". After weve all been screaming about it on the forums for weeks. GGG just doesnt care.

I dont expect the Deadlock Detected bug to be looked into untill february. I and many players cant even play the game for longer than 10 mins before crashing. untill that bug is fixed, we're all fucked and GGG doesnt even know about it yet.

I mean, I'm pretty sure he interviews individuals (e.g. Game Director; Lead Developer) rather than entire teams such as Quality Assurance or Programmers.

No Game Director or Lead Developer is going to be personally familiar with every open bug listed on the internal bug tracker. If they asked for a few minutes to look into whether it was listed and then came back and said that it wasn't, that would be meaningful.

But some random member of staff who doesn't work on bugs saying they aren't personally aware of a bug? It's about as insightful as a Concept Artist saying he or she "isn't aware" of any plans for new music tracks, or a Community Manager saying they "don't know" what the refund policy is. That is to say, it means nothing at all. GGG has hundreds of employees. They don't all do the same thing.
