Add an option to disable Auto Target (Name-Lock) on targets on specific skills

When using Whirling Slash as your main skill, you never want the skill to target the enemy since you are using the skill as a traverse option. However, when having Whirling Slash on Right Click, Twister on Left Click, and are holding Right Click down while pressing Twister after 3 spins (like you are intended to do), the Right Click gets canceled and the game seeks for a target to Auto Target.

This happens even when Cursor option is set to "On Hold", because the Left Click action cancels the "Hold" state. This is a major issue for this skill since the play pattern of the skill incentives you to hold the button expecting you to move in a specific direction while the namelock completely messes this up and moves you in a direction you are not expecting. This is extremely noticeable on large bosses but not exclusive to them.
