FPS Issues

Hey everyone

Just looking for some ideas, I'm just reaching out as I just purchased PoE2 and am receiving massive FPS issues where it can only marginally get over 30 FPS no matter the setting.

I have a GeForce 3060 with 32GB Ram and an ultra core i7 so it definitely should be playable in my opinion.

Here is all the troubleshooting I've undertaken:

In-Game Settings
VSync: OFF
Foreground / Background FPS limits: OFF
Dynamic Resolution: OFF
Resolution Scaling: OFF
Tested both DirectX 12 and Vulkan renderers (with restarts)
Exclusive Fullscreen enabled
All graphics manually set to LOW (not presets)
Global Illumination, Volumetrics, Post Processing, Bloom, SSR all OFF

Resolution Scaling Tests
Tested at native resolution and 1280×720
FPS increase is minimal, indicating this is not a simple GPU-bound scenario

NVIDIA Control Panel (Per-App Overrides)
Power Management: Prefer Maximum Performance
Low Latency Mode: ON (not Ultra)
Max Frame Rate: OFF
Vertical Sync: OFF
Shader Cache Size: Unlimited
Texture Filtering Quality: High Performance

Windows Settings
Power Mode: Best Performance / High Performance plan
Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling: OFF
Variable Refresh Rate: OFF
Xbox Game Bar and background capture: OFF
PoE2 explicitly set to High Performance GPU

Driver & System Validation
GPU usage monitored during gameplay
CPU clock confirmed stable at high boost
No thermal or power throttling observed
Clean NVIDIA driver install performed (DDU)

I have an idea. Before you post, make sure that you are posting in the right forum.

This is the path of exile 1 bug report forum, and it makes it realy hard for us poe 1 players to find/provide help for poe 1 players, when you poe2 players constantly clogg up oure forum with your problems.
