The trial of sekhemas fountain of honour

It's a waste of time trying to complete this task for me anyway. I have tried to use the fountain of honour several times stood waiting for the refill nothing happens. I see the honour credits coming out of the fountain but for my character no change the honour level doesn't increase to it's original value. It makes this task quite pointless, I have no curses associated to my character. It just doesn't work. Constantly restarting the game is quite annoying when the character dies with this challenge. I thought this was going to be fixed?
