[Suggestion] Versatility Rune - Add Hel Rune equivalent from Diablo 2

Adding a new rune to reduce attribute requirements would be a welcome addition to allow players to use gear from other classes without forcing you to waste passive skill points on dead attribute nodes on the tree. I would like to suggest to add a Hel Rune equivalent in three tiers (normal one shown):

Versatility Rune
Weapon: 20% Reduced Attribute Requirements
Armour: 15% Reduced Attribute Requirements

​Another benefit would make build-defining uniques usable several levels earlier or with much less investment.

Could be nice, tho there are soul cores for converting 20% of requirements to another attribute.
