Bear's fissure target locking assist is driving me NUTS

I don't know if the volcanic fissures on maces are better, but on Bear form, the fissures HARDLOCK onto nearby targets and go perpendicular sideways even when I click far ahead in front of me. It's almost impossible to set up a net of fissures for AoE clear when there's a lot of enemies nearby because all the fissures would hard-target the mob next to me and refuse to go where my cursor points. I have tried all the combinations with "always update / target cursor / target ground" and nothing seems to disable the auto-targetting on Bear form's fissures.

Hell, half the time it doesn't seem to target anything and is stopped by even the smallest crap on the ground.

" A temporary trick that I've figured out is to hold down the fissure button. With enough attack/skill speed, you will spam enough fissures (3-4) that a couple will pass through properly. But I do hope GGG take a look at this after xmas. |
