Changes to passive skills are not saved ps5

I have two weapon sets, and I distribute points across both branches of the passive skill tree accordingly. BUT, every time I've spread everything out, press teleport, or relogin, everything resets to how it was "before the split." Is this a bug on PlayStation 5, or is there a new, non-obvious mechanic for saving passive skills?

This is the Path of Exile 1 forum. You are posting in the wrong forum.

There is a workaround for this (came across this myself and solved it). You need to split the respec and assignment process. So basically don't assign the points while still in the respec screen.


1) Remove the points you want to assign as weapon set points
E.g. when you want to distribute all, remove points until you have 24 unspent skillpoints

2) Close the respec window

3) Assign the split weapon points
