Game pauses on zone loading screen and sometimes when opening inventory (PS5)

The game frequently gets stuck in a “Game Paused” state during location loading screens.
In some cases, the same issue happens when opening the inventory.

When this occurs, the game does not resume on its own.
The only workaround is restarting the game.
