Omen of Resurgence proc, nothing happens

Just as title states. In a situation where I'm getting whittled down, not getting chunked, and Omen proc shows in chat. ES and health do not get restored, and I die. Are there Abyss mods that disable *all* recovery? I know theres the 50% recovery mod, nothing was recovered at all.
Really annoying as the tools for tankiness in PoE2 are lacking as-is, and we are forced in to 6-mod maps with no portals to farm with any sort of reasonable effectiveness Last bumped on Dec 22, 2025, 11:52:59 PM

" Yes, Shade Walker. They teleport on top of you and have a damaging aura around them that also prevents recovery. It was also recently nerfed a couple days ago. |

Well, that's some amazing trash. Just read up on it. I actually find it more obnoxious that they allow things to be consumed that will actually do nothing because of a ground effect that's paired with a smoke cloud.
