PS5 Stutter/ Auto Pause

On PS5

Every 5-10 seconds screen stutters and auto pauses for a second then continues to run. Countless deaths due to this since the 0.4.0c patch. I have had more problems with this in the last 3 days than the last 3 leagues combined.

Fixes tried:
Uninstalled and reinstalled game
Clear Cache
Rebuild system info
Changed sound control to low
Adjusted picture quality to 50%
Toggle dynamic resolution
LAN connected with very good connection
VRR enabled on both tv and PS5

Please fix it have quite a bit of time on this game but right now it is borderline unplayable.
