Everlasting Infusions + Infusion of Power

When a charge is not removed by Everlasting Infusion, it is not considered as consumming them for Infusion of Power.

I am experiencing the same thing, The wording of these passives is identical, either the interaction is bugged or the wording of the passives need to be changed.
I see no reason this should not work. |
