Can't see microtransaction window when I open it

It's strange, I can open the microtransactions page, equip stuff and see the specials. But when I hit "shapeshifting skins" for example, I go to the store page and see my character but all the ui for selecting skins and browsing the shop are just gone, huge empty portion of the window to the right of my character.

Update, I changed the config file earlier to "read-only" to get a certain aspect ratio. It seems by reverting the file back to normal seemed to fix this issue.
