Perfect Jeweller's Orb turned into Greater Jeweller's Orb

I just got a Perfect Jeweller's orb drop from an Abyss but the moment i took it from the ground and opened my inventory it transformed into a Greater Jeweller's Orb......

This is the first time i see something like this, i got trolled by GGG...LOL.
