NO REGEN/LEECH in Maps that DON'T contain those mods

Title

Had roughly 3 so far this league in keepers where certain maps won't allow you to regen ES, or leech ES regardless of notables allocated and that don't contain those map mods that would otherwise prevent you from being able to do so.

What altar effects are you taking? If you are lowering your Evasion with it your ES can't recover past it because of Ghost Dance. Your defense tab in your video shows no evasion.

One command is an alias for the other; there is never a reason to use both of them.
