First Arbiter fight - game crashed and lost all fragments

Hi,

The game crashed during my first fight with Arbiter. When I logged back in I couldn`t enter portals to monolith, it said unable to rejoin after the death (or something like that). When I reentered monolith from atlas, it opened new instance and I have to farm all fragments again.

Any chance I can get my fragments back as this is purely technical issue?

Same happened to me. Fix your game GGG or at least refund the fragments people spent valuable time to farm for. Unbelievable.
