Temple improvement patch actually feels good
|
Comparing before/after - running the temple definitely feels better now
in matters of mob density, more impactful modifiers from rooms, drops, vibes, etc. an anecdote, but had quite a blast with it today, walking into early endgame: built a couple lvl 3 soul core corruption rooms, and in 1 of them got Tacati soul core that later got corrupted into Jiquani's Thesis that's like 17 divs on the market also maybe I'm hallucinating, but the flavor also feels improved - as if more room decorations/animations specific to the temple have been added (e.g. noticed dudes jumping off from surgeon tables in some rooms) really like the vibe def a step in the right direction, hope we get more content and tweaks like this for the temple to flesh it out even more 0.4.0 release felt rushed with content half-baked, but as long as stuff is addressed with care later down the line and not abandoned I think poe2 will turn out great hope GGG team can keep it together and not implode under the weight of the current release cycle for 2 games wouldn't mind waiting longer for releases if it means we can get more quality stuff Last bumped on Dec 20, 2025, 9:57:51 PM

i'd love it if they kept polishing the content throughout the league, especially considering how undercooked 0.4.0 came out. but i think this patch was basically it for 0.4 updates outside of *maybe* some more bug fix patches.
maybe they do need to do 6mo leagues for both games so they can have a bit more time to make sure each league gets a good amount of content done in time. i don't think they want to, because each new league is a huge money draw. Don't get lost by being so focused on the target that you forget to enjoy your surroundings.

lol what?
Are we playing the same game? It's still awful. I don't notice anything different or better about it at all. ~ Seph
