Telzaro, High Priest can become undamageable.

/bug There is a bug that causes Telzaro, High Priest to be stuck in the ground in Surgeon's Theatre T3. He is undamageable, relogging does not fix it (He will appear above ground then disappear below ground). He does not damage you and you cannot damage him.



You can see his hand here. I think t-posing. Relogging does not work either.

I have also encountered This bug. The boss drop into the floor and becomes inmune to damage loss of loot and potentially making you unable to reach further rooms. Please patch soon! Makes the temple unplayable. Has happened multiple times for me.
