Perfect Essence of Haste Bug 774,926,120

Was crafting my druid talisman and had crit chance and life leech in the suffix, used perfect essence of battle and it removed crit chance. Use perfect essence of haste and it removed MY %PHYS DMG PREFIX :( :(, and replaced my previous removed crit chance suffix.

So somehow after using a perfect essence of battle and a perfect essence of haste my life leech was removed along with a prefix and I ended up with 2 prefixes and 3 suffix looks like below.

Start:

%Phys dmg
flat phys dmg
%phys from abrasion
Crit chance
life leech

After battle:
%Phys dmg
flat phys dmg
%phys from abrasion
+5 skill levels
life leech

After haste:

flat phys dmg
%phys from abrasion
+5 skill levels
crit chance
onslaught

:( :( just ruined my entire savings for nothing....

Not a bug. You're supposed to have 6 mods (or at least 3 suffixes when using suffix essences), or use omens when crafting with less than 6 mods. Perfect essences just remove a random modifier and add a guaranteed modifier, but if you have 6-mods to begin with, those two essences used can only target suffixes for removal.

Since you have 3 prefixes and 2 suffixes to start with, prefixes are fair game removal when adding an essence suffix as the item still has 5 mods after.
