Act 1 Is The Only Place Where The Game Feels Coherent

Pretty much the tittle. Act 1 feels like what GGG wants poe2 to be, as soon as you beat Count Geonor, which btw is the one of the best moments in the game, the game starts to fall apart.
Imo monster density is way too high everywhere, zones are too big, the damage scaling in player skills is off and the support gem system is not in a good state. There's no reason to have 3 tiers of the same gem and even less reason to gate supports and skills by player level.
I could write more about every aspect but I dont have the time atm so i will keep this one short.

To clarify i dont mean rapid attacks is a bad gem, i mean theres no point in having 3 tiers of the same gem. This happens with a lot of gems

Because the exact compliment you would give Act 1 would cease to exist.


If warriors got HOTG, seismic cry, from the start it would be a joke.

Same for firestorm on Sorc.

Spell casters mod pools on staves are all insane now, even early on.


Talisman clips online of people melting geonor in a couple of seconds. On fresh toons with no twink gear.
