abyss not spawning

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the Abyss mechanic.

Despite having played for over 2 days and 16 hours, I have never encountered a full Abyss event on any map. I have been running maps repeatedly using a tablet that should guarantee Abyss, but Abyss has never spawned across the entire map.

Additionally, I have never seen a map in the Map Device with an Abyss icon displayed above it.

There is also an Abyss-related objective in Act 3, in the location “Venom Crypts”, which is still highlighted for me as incomplete. I have entered this location around five times, but I have never encountered an Abyss there.
