Changes to Lightning Warp are MISERABLE

Before, the skill would only execute if something was in cull range. Now it places a debuff that causes the skill to execute/ process if the target comes into cull range within 4 seconds of the debuff being placed.

This causes for some very unmanageable lightning warps to cast and throw you unexpectedly into packs of mobs. Additionally, you lose agency of your character when you need and expect control upon the cull range being met.

Previously, this was one of my favorite spells in the game and I always looked forward to playing it. Now it feels very awkward and clunky. Losing precise and calculated control over an instant spell is out of alignment with what a super fast spell should do.

Please please please revert the changes and remove the debuff. I'd rather waste mana than queue up a random lightning warp to unexpectedly go off 4 seconds later when I'm trying to dodge a mechanic or navigate threats.

Overall, this change is a loss of agency in a very fast pace skill and is a downvote for it's overall enjoyment and playability. As a hardcore loyalist, this skill is much more likely to get you killed.
