Love the druid, even with the buggy gameplay. The ascendancies really make me wonder how some early 0.1 have been left the way they have been. Lookin at you stormweaver.
I like the vaal temple mechanic. I see some of the complaints and understand a bunch of it, however I like the overall mechanic and way it is handled. Only thing I think it needs now is no more 6 crystals to enter at endgame. Every map should allow entry. I think this would give players enough opportunity to make a temple they want to run, instead of feeling like they wasted time when a temple is not perfect. My biggest bug with druid: getting stuck in environment. Devour? Somehow stuck in a rock or wall. Landing from being knocked out of the air? Stuck in a wall or terrain. Fortunately, I understand games enough to wing blast backwards out the shorted path free, or portal to hideout to waste a portal. My second biggest issue is with devour and lightning warp. Often they target something that is not a cullable marked enemy. It should prefer threats over corpses or nearby ball lightnings. Lots of minor issues with the temple (mainly small graphical issues (ground near edge of screen disappearing and popping back in as I move closer). Another small issue: my armor value in my character screen does not reflect bonuses from being shape-shifted. Fortunately, it is just a description issue, as I have seen less impact from incoming hits. Tornado should become an oil tornado if it goes over oil ground. I think rolling magma should ignite oil. It would be interesting if oil was a projectile and became ignited by flame wall. Charged flame breath not igniting oil is sadge. Not a deal breaker, but the best rotation for bossing is get oil, leap up, ignite with flame breath normal, wing blast to cancel, and spit oil over and over. Wyvern hitbox should become human sized when airborne. Right now, I take to the skies and when I land, I land in enemies. Not pushing them, I mean, in their standing body. Rend has a blank area up close, so enemies can get within that zone and not get hit. You have to buffet or dodge to get them. Again, I really like druid and enjoy the mechanic. Endgame is still boring af with the huge maps that take forever to finish. Last bumped on Dec 28, 2025, 12:52:17 PM

I thought I was going to stop playing after the post of feedback, however, I continued to try and match what I saw for the build posted by ggg.
My thoughts are still the same, even though I am getting to t15 and 16 waystones. The way the Druid and its ascendancies were released makes me feel like all the other ascendancies, after they are all out, should get a makeover. Mainly because I played stormweaver for 0.1 - 0.3 and saw it go from strong to why bother. I hope some stuff comes out to allow flame breath longer. Yeah, I can push rage higher, but the cost is enough to make it do less damage, and therefor, not map completion in one go. Maybe if I could slow or reduce the rage drain from the skill, it would be fine. However, it doesn't do enough damage to outclass any other skill, so why bother. |
