Interrupted payment plan: finishing tier 3 to Sandwraith (hospitalization)

​Hi everyone,
​I’m looking for some advice or a bit of hope.
​I own the Vaal Serpent-God pack and planned to upgrade to Sandwraith Assassin. Unfortunately, a severe stomach emergency put me in the hospital and kept me away from my Xbox during the pack rotation.
​Support told me they can't make an exception, even though I already own the base tier of the set. It’s really disappointing to have an incomplete set because of a medical crisis.
​I’m not looking for a discount; I just want the chance to pay the difference and finish the set I started. Has anyone ever had success with a "medical exception" before?
