[Vaal League] Missing TEXTURES bug - Help GGG identify the pattern (specs needed)

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:
After 30 minutes to 1 hour of gameplay, 3D models start appearing as grey/untextured or with minimal textures loaded. This happens consistently in 0.4.0 (Fate of the Vaal), no hotfix has fixed it yet. Some maps trigger it immediately, others take longer, but it eventually affects all play sessions.

CURRENT WORKAROUND:
- Option 1: Restart the game completely
- Option 2: Go to Options → Renderer → Switch between DX12 and Vulkan (temporary fix until it happens again)

IMPORTANT PATTERN OBSERVED:
This bug was NOT present in any previous version of PoE2. Most (but not all) affected players report having 4GB VRAM GPUs.

WHY THIS THREAD:
Many players are reporting this in the hotfix threads, but those may not be monitored as closely. This thread is to help GGG identify the pattern by collecting hardware specs from affected players.

IF YOU'RE EXPERIENCING THIS BUG, PLEASE POST:
- GPU Model & VRAM amount
- CPU
- RAM amount
- Operating System
- Renderer used (DX12 or Vulkan)
- Approximate time before bug occurs
- Any specific maps/areas that trigger it faster

MY SPECS (for reference):
- GPU: RTX 3050 (4GB VRAM)
- CPU: Core I7 12th Gen
- RAM amount: 64GB RAM
- Operating System: Windows 11/Nobara Linux (it happens on both)
- Renderer used: I can switch between DX12 and Vulkan
- Approximate time before bug occurs: 30 mins+
- Any specific maps/areas that trigger it faster: Interlude Maps seem to trigger it faster
