Perfect Jewler dissapeared

I was in a Rustbowl map, a perfect Jewler dropped (I think from an Abyss rare), I picked it up and moved on, upon map completion when I got out it was nowhere to be found.

Note that I'm also playing Titan with the extra bag, so it might have went there (there was 2 empty spaces in it when I opened)

I realise this might not be much to go by, but I'm opening the ticket to keep a trace if others encounter the same issue.
