Gem missing after login.

So I did a vaal temple a couple days ago , Used the gemcraft thingie that gives +10 qual on my lunar blessing, proceeded to finish the temple but i got an error message that server lost connection or something along these lines mid-vaal run, i logged back in ran around abit and logged off, I log back in today and lunar blessing is gone, and the supports are all in my inventory.
