Stash Tabs list shows only 17 tabs; Socketables Stash Tab missing

Started playing PoE2 recently and noticed the MTX Store → Stash Tabs list only shows 17 stash tabs. The Socketables Stash Tab is not listed/available to purchase there. It's missing for me on the https://pathofexile2.com/shop/stash-tabs as well. Only the guild version is available.
