Cleared corrupted nexus and cleansed the nearby nodes. Quest is stuck

As the title says, the quest is stuck. It still says "travel to corrutped nexus". I did not recieve any altas skill points

Really? Didn't know dying would brick the quest. It's not exactly clear since the area still gets cleansed and everything. Something they should improve the clarity of then.
