Toggle secondary skill set (instead of holding a button)

As title suggests, right now to use the secondary skill set players have to hold the left shoulder button. This isn't very thoughtful. The secondary skill set should be self independent, or at least has the ability to do so. It's just considered as a temporary solution in addition to the primary skill set, which is a shame.

secondary skill set is used with secondary weapon slot..

if you bind your skills to the weapon slots I or II the corresponding skill set I or II is used..

I think he meant the skill bars. If you slot all skills in bar 1 and still have free sockets you are forced to bind skills on bar 2 and swap to use them.

You can do that if you change button in the options, from hold to toggle.
