Crash at at first boss in endgame

I'm currently stuck at the boss on my first map in endgame the boss is not moving unable to transport out logged off and logged in still in the same area tried also to log in to another character but still stuck on the same character I was playing help

I'm going to assume this is for PoE 2. If it is a map boss, you should be able to click (or bind) a create portal button and just leave the map.

If for some reason you can't, you can go back to character select and then click a button that forces you to go back to town/hideout instead of logging in where your character was.
