PS5 Microtransactions Borked

My wife and I switched from Xbox to PS5 and all of our microtransations don't appear to have transferred over.
# Stash Tabs - Some stash tabs are here, some aren't. - Any that are here are labelled with "Remove Only" # Glamours / Transmogs - It looks like I can't equip purchased transmogs. - It's also weird that for those transmogs, the system says "Already owned". Unfortunately, any purchases made on PlayStation platforms cannot be used on other platforms, and purchases made on other platforms cannot be used on PlayStation platforms. Note that these purchases can still be on the same sub-account, but the microtransactions will be marked as unavailable when viewing them in your stash. Information about this was announced here.
