Staggering Palm buff fizzled by shapeshift(wolf)

When using staggering palm and wepswap talisman. When you have the buff, shapeshifting "hides" and pauses the duration properly. However when swapping back, you regain the buff on your bar, with duration intact, but you do NOT produce staggering palm projectiles while having the buff anymore. Even worse, you cannot reapply the buff to produce projectiles with another staggering palm attack until the duration natually expires.

I do not have a powercharge setup to test the other staff empower; but i would assume it to be with it aswell

This was found on PS5

tested with charged staff (on pc). same issue.

cast charged staff - shapeshift - change back to staff - buff remains and can be refreshed but does not function at all.

you have to wait until the buff falls off, only then can you use it again (until you next shapeshift)
