Essence with Einhar in map becomes bugged?

This seems to be something new this league and I have encountered it a few times. When a map with essence spawns with Einhar mission, and there is Einhar beasts that are imprisoned, these special imprisoned beast does not seem to adhere to any form of atlas or scarab modifier. As you can see in the screenshot, t16 map (monster level 83) with the scarab of ascent, yet somehow I can spawn a screaming essence as my max tier essence? I also have Amplified Energies, so the minimum tier should always be Deafening.

I have done this farm a lot during last league and have never seen this before I don't think? Yet now it's been back to back seeing this same issue occurring. As if the issue of essence being bugged out by the breach mechanic isn't bad enough, now this random bug is hurting essence farm even more.
