Crush game after launch

When launching the game, after the gears spin it immediately crashes to the desktop without any error messages.

Path of Exile is my favorite game, but I haven’t played it for 3 years since I became a family man.

I managed to get into the game once, but there were crashes and disconnects literally every 3–5 minutes.

I tried updating the GPU drivers to the latest version, then rolling back to an older stable one.
I applied all possible tweaks from Reddit, but nothing helps.
There are no hardware issues, since other games run perfectly fine.

System specs:

• RTX 3090 Ti
• Intel i7-14700KF
• 32 GB RAM, 7400 MHz CL32

Did you perform a fresh install of the game, or update the existing ~3 year year old installation?
