Wall of Force will not cast on block with Svalinn

I tried it standing in aqueduct with 700ish mana available. So I tried slotting in other things to make sure they were working and sigil of power worked fine, as did flame wall.

Looking at Svalinn, it only triggers socketed elemental skills on block.
Sigil of Power has the Lightning tag, but Wall of Force only has the Spell and Duration tags. |
