Loading freezes!!!

Since the game's release on PS5, there haven't been such critical issues in the game!
When moving to a new location, the loading freezes (nothing happens for more than 30 minutes), forcing you to restart the game. A similar problem sometimes occurs when opening the inventory (gears spin and nothing happens).

+1 my friend can hardly play the game.

changing zones or opening menus puts him into an infinite loading screen having to manually relaunch the game every time.

this is massively gamebreaking
