Focused ballista support don't stop Siege ballista of trathus attack

I tried to use Focused ballista support to stop Siege ballista of trathus from attack. Failed.

Siege ballista of trathus shoot arrows once I summon them, even there is no enemy.
The duration statement on the skill gem "totem lasts 4 seconds" is misleading and meaningless.
