Stash tab list behaviour (is_open, trigger_close)

Normal stash, in my hideout:

Expected (wanted) behaviour:
2 bits (flags) are administered: "is_open" (the tab list is shown, i.e. opened), and "trigger close" (clicking on a list row triggers as if I clicked the close button). These 2 bits must be saved, remembered. Next time I open the stash, the tab list should be opened (shown) if and only if the saved state is "is_open".

Experienced behaviour:
The is_open state is not remembered. If I open the stash, the tab list will be opened (shown) if and only if the "trigger close" state is false. The "trigger close" bit seems to be saved (kept).


Faustus's "stash" (Faustus/"Manage Shop"):

Expected (wanted) behaviour:
As above.

Experienced behaviour:
Nothing is saved (remembered)! If I open the "shop stash", the tab list will be always opened. And the "trigger close" flag (the small padlock) is always "do not trigger close".
