Doryani option to identify items missing

Hello as the title says, there are times when the option to Identify Items through Doryani is missing. In general this is how it occurs for me: I leave a map and enter my hideout, I click Doryani, the option is missing, I click out of Doryani and click him again to re-open his menu, the option is present.
