POE1 – Severe latency and client crashes when joining US-hosted parties

Hello,

I am an EU-based player and I am currently experiencing severe network issues when joining parties hosted in the US.

My connection is stable under normal conditions:

~15 ms latency in town

No issues when playing on EU-hosted instances

However, when I join a US-hosted party, the game becomes completely unplayable:

Entering a US-hosted map can take several minutes

Once inside, my character often gets stuck and cannot move

If movement is possible, I experience constant and infinite rollbacks

The in-game network latency monitor (F1) shows values ranging from 5,000 ms up to 30,000 ms

After a short time, the client eventually crashes

This has never happened before.

In the Client.txt log, I consistently see the following warnings during these incidents:
"
[WARN Client 6808] Client couldn't execute a triggered action from the server.
[WARN Client 6808] Instant/Triggered actionwas serialized to the client, but the client failed to execute the action.


These issues only occur when the host is located in the US.
When playing on EU-hosted instances, everything works normally.

Could you please investigate potential routing or server-side issues affecting EU → US connections?
