Crash on demand while socketing Support Gems for Auras

Hi,

I can crash to login screen on demand by socketing/unsocketing some support gems to an aura provided by an item. In this case, it is Purity of Lightning provided by a Shrine Sceptre.

I have tried with Vitality II (40 spirit) and Upwelling II (30 spirit).
After the crash, the gem is socketed at no spirit cost and the benefits are (presumably) obtained.

This cannot be done with an actual aura (for example, Raging Spirits) as socketing is disabled if I don't have enough spirit. With enough spirit, socketing works as intended.
