Poe2- Amanamu's Gaze Socketable bug
![]() There's this new line on this socketable claiming that Sprinting isn't affected by the limitation of Movement speed from other sources caused by Amanamu's which wasn't there last patch...alas, it works the same as it did before, Sprinting does not increase the movement speed at all, the line in red doesn't work. For some reason it doesn't even calculate.
I have -6% MS without boots, Boots have 38% + this gaze (I have 384 spirit) - should get another 25% on top of it (+ 60% socketable items). Sounds good on paper - but at the end it shows me - 21% MS. HOW? |

So it's definitely either 2/3 sockets or Amanamu's Gaze that doesn't work. 60% does work on other socketable boots.

Please fix this GGG!

+1 can confirm this is bugged, sprinting with Amanamu's Gaze doesn't work.
" Effect increases on lines that have a cap doesn't work on the cap, only on the modifier itself. For Amanamu's Gaze, the modifier is "1% MSper 15 spirit" and the cap is "40% MS". Incresing the effect by 60% would still be subject to the same 40% MS cap. The modifier should apply "1.6% MS per 15 spirit", but the game probably rounds it down to 1%. This behavior is consistent with all other such modifiers that have a cap on both PoE1 and PoE2. Last edited by g4mb4lho#3933 on Jan 4, 2026, 5:58:01 AM
