Campaign trial of sekhemas is unreachable

I finished the whole act 2 yet trial of sekhemas is not available through the desert map. What should i do?

I obtained the green key, I can go to act 3, i think i completed everything and on the desert map it is grayed out, i cannot ascend... Any tips?
