Questline broken in ACT4

My quests in act4 completely mess up.

- i've never been on shriker island, but quest to find forge on Arastas became available already after only 3 pieces found.

- The Kin island cave contained only boss, no dude in kage, so my questline to Hinekora's island blocked too.

- On the kin island killing Blind Beast does not give book to recieve passive points.


Can't confirm 100%, but in ACT3 i can't drop sacrificial heart, may be extreme unluck, but i've already cleared whole Utzal in past 3 times in search of this heart.


So for now i am blocked out of following passive bonuses:
- 2 books of weapon skills (ACT3 and ACT4)
- passives from hinekora island


I've played solo, no jumps to other players, hideouts or anything.

Here is the screen on my world map, i am in excavation alread and shriker island were never visited

I got the same problem with the Blind Beast. I did it several times after reseting the map but the icon on the map is greyed and crossed out but I do not receive any passive skill points.
