Vaulting Impact bugged

On console currently vaulting impact cannot be animation canceled despite patch 0.4 notes stating that the bug was fixed. Additionally, vaulting impact now has you stuck in place and doesn't move your character at all. Please fix.

Can confirm, Vaulting Impact now feels so bad to play on controller.

Can confirm. No movement from vaulting impact, regardless of stick direction.

Having the same issue, but I'm on PC using a controller. When I switch to mouse controls, the ability works correctly; I think the issue lies with controller regardless of platform.
