[PS5 Couch Coop] Tabs reorder in fullscreen not honored in half view (+ messes up navigation)

PS5 COUCH COOP
* Tabs in half view are ordered ABCD
* Switch to full screen mode and reorder DBCA
* Switch back to half view mode, the tabs are still ABCD (and added bonus, the navigation for switching tabs is completely messed up)
