Help my friend unlink PSN account from steam

He has psn account linked to steam, now he is on his psn poe2 account instead of pc poe2 account.
He needs help unlink so he can play on pc poe2 account which has alot of stash tabs from poe 1. unlink LilleNoss#9024 (psn account) He want to play on wedwabbit20#5559 (steam) Last bumped on Dec 12, 2025, 5:43:56 PM

He is nagging me that he is not getting replies through email. He got answered the first time, and its not getting replies.
He sent a new email thinking that the first email might have gotten marked as completed and is the reason why its not getting answers back. I understand if its busy through the emails with this league start. Just trying to help out a friend in need, hoping it can speed the process or make a missed email seen.
