The Oracle — Lightning Caster build

1. Ball Lightning + Lightning Warp combo will deal a lot of crits (thanks Forced Outcome) and generates a lot of Lightning Infusions.

2. Cast on Critical with Spark will often procs due to guaranteed crits.

3. Our Lightning Infusions become Cold with Elemental Equilibrium, so Spark almost always Infused.

4. Cold-Infused Spark will easily stun and freeze bosses, so we can use Converging Paths.

I think this is intresting endgame concept for Oracle (not starter).

We have some defensive mechanics, great clear and mobility, basically double damage combo for bosses, intresting Passive Tree position and access to special passives (which can be very strong).

In late game we can use Rakiata's Flow because Spark is only damaging skill. So we don't need to press extra buttons for curse or exposure. You only press 2 buttons and everything works perfectly.
