Achievement Bugs

Posting below for consolidation of achievement/steam bugs I have noticed so far. If there are others complications too, please note below.

BUG 1 - DREAM WITHIN A DREAM. I've had multiple instances of unique maps dropping naturally within unique maps, but no POE nor steam achievement pop. Many others in the forums have posted this. Here is a link to a specific thread https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3797722.

BUG 2 - ESSENCE CORRUPTION. Historically the item (remnant of corruption) triggered this, but this item has since been replaced by the Vaal orb. However, using Vaal orbs does not trigger this achievement. Many others in the forums have posted this problem too. I have tried all work around as listed with no success. Also of note for fellow achievement hunters, for the achievement BREACHLORD, this is unobtainable in patch 3.27 (Keeper of Flames) due to changes in the former breach mechanic. This can be obtained in the standard league still, just wanted to save others some time in advance.
