Ground Control to Drowning Orb

So this is fun - drowning orbs are bugged? How is it that the orb touches me and my character freezes, despite not even being CLOSE to being killed from it?

If you can't make 2 games, don't make 2 games. Sick of bugs every League for things that worked properly.
